Job Title: Salesforce Senior Developer
Location: Hyderabad
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of our
Service Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Apex,
Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that enhance client and agent experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions, focusing on Service Cloud features such as Console, Omnichannel, Case Management, Knowledge, and CTI integrations.
- Develop robust and efficient Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)/Aura Components.
- Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other relevant technologies.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Participate in release management, change management, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 610 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with significant experience in Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Permissions).
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Metadata API).
- Familiarity with deployment tools and methodologies (e.g., Copado).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.
