About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to support and enhance our existing Salesforce (SFDC) platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in production support, system enhancements, and custom development using Apex, while ensuring timely delivery of projects in line with agreed SLAs and business requirements.
Responsibilities
- To do production support for existing SFDC modules already in production environment for bugs resolution in accordance to agreed SLA.
- To understand new users and system requirements and provide new SFDC enhancements design for approval signoff.
- To implement the new approval SFDC enhancements using SFDC APEX Programming language.
- To perform system integration testing and support users in their UAT testing.
- To provide system documentation for the new system enhancements.
- To strictly escalate all system issues to Company's IT manager for resolution.
- To deliver all approved SFDC projects in accordance with agreed deadline
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
- Expertise in Apex programming and Salesforce custom development
- Experience with Lightning Experience (LWC / Aura)
- Proven experience in production support and managing live Salesforce environments
- Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and automation tools
- Experience in testing methodologies (SIT, UAT)
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
