Job Description:
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, Consumer Goods Cloud-Retail Execution
- Strong understanding of Consumer goods cloud web & Offline mobile app configuration/customization
- Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including FLOW, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Triggers.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data management tools like Data Loader.
- Experience with Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- SDLC Knowledge: Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, such as Agile.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the consumer goods industry and its specific business processes
