Role Description

The Senior Salesforce Developer is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that align with strategic goals. This role involves customizing and optimizing Salesforce CRM, building applications using Apex/JavaScript, creating and maintaining integrations, and troubleshooting system issues. The Senior Salesforce Developer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows, data security, and user adoption while adhering to best practices and delivering quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Experience with Salesforce customization, configuration, and maintaining automation processes such as workflows, process builders, and flows.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge in data modeling, data migration, and best practices for ensuring data integrity.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform-specific tools such as SOQL, Salesforce DX, and Salesforce app development frameworks.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Administrator are strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
