We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customised solutions within the Salesforce platform. As an engineer, you will lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure optimal utilisation of Salesforce's capabilities to support business goals.
Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture: Partner with business stakeholders and other teams to gather requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Development: Develop custom solutions and components using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Integration: Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party platforms.
- Customisation: Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and approval processes to meet business requirements.
- Code Review: Conduct and drive code reviews, ensuring best practices andCustomise alignment with Salesforce development guidelines.
- Maintenance: Regularly monitor and troubleshoot issues, optimise performance, and support ongoing platform maintenance and upgrades.
- Innovation: Stay updated with Salesforce platform advancements, particularly on new releases, technologies, and tools to enhance the business environment.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development/architecture experience.
- Experience in developing Apex classes, triggers, integration, LWC, and Aura components, Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc. ).
- Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with third-party systems and platforms.
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II or Architect track is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools like Git.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in Sales, Service, and experience with Cloud.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
- An understanding of security, compliance, and data governance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Soft Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and teams.
- Ability to work independently while steering collaborative team efforts.
