Rising Capital Group is expanding, and we're seeking a high-performance Wealth Sales Manager who can drive revenue, build authority, and manage elite HNI/UHNI relationships in the AIF & PMS space.

The Mission

Revenue Growth

• Drive aggressive sales through AIF & PMS products

• Consistently exceed revenue targets in a performance-driven setup

Client Acquisition & Management

• Onboard and manage HNI/UHNI clients

• Build long-term, high-value relationships

Brand & Market Presence

• Establish strong personal and company presence in the financial ecosystem

• Leverage LinkedIn and networking for lead generation and authority building

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years in Financial Services / Wealth / Advisory

• Strong HNI/UHNI network (Mandatory)

• Hunter mindset with proven closing ability

• Active on LinkedIn with a thought leadership approach

• Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship skills
