Job Title:Job Title: PPC Executive (Performance Marketer)

Location: Ahmedabad – AIS Technolab

Role Overview:

We're not looking for someone who just runs ads.

We want a numbers-obsessed PPC Executive who lives and breathes performance, aggressively scales campaigns, and is accountable for every rupee spent.

If you can't talk in ROAS, CAC, and conversions, this role isn't for you.

What You'll Own:

End-to-end ownership of paid campaigns across Google, Meta & LinkedIn

Aggressive scaling of winning campaigns while controlling CAC

Daily optimization of campaigns, bids, audiences, and creatives

Building high-converting funnels, retargeting systems, and audience strategies

Ruthless A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and conversion flows

Deep tracking, attribution, and performance analysis (no guesswork)

Driving qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue — not vanity metrics

What We Expect:

2–3 years of hardcore hands-on PPC experience

Strong command over Google Ads & Meta Ads (LinkedIn is a big plus)

You understand funnels, not just campaigns

You take decisions based on data, not opinions

You can diagnose underperforming campaigns and fix them fast

You're comfortable being directly accountable for results

Must-Have Skills:

Campaign structuring, bidding strategies, and budget scaling

GA4, GTM, conversion tracking & attribution models

Remarketing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization

Strong analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving skills

Bonus Points If:

You've worked in B2B or lead generation setups

You've scaled campaigns with real budget responsibility

You understand landing page optimization & CRO
