Job Description

We're looking for a sharp, hungry Business Development Executive who knows how to turn Upwork bids into signed contracts.

About DM WebSoft LLP Fast-moving software agency delivering Laravel, PHP, WordPress, Shopify, React & AI Automation solutions to global clients across USA, UK, Europe & Australia.

What You'll Do

  • Daily Upwork bidding — tailored proposals that get replies
  • Lead generation via Upwork, LinkedIn & outreach channels
  • Handle discovery calls, requirement scoping & objections
  • Close deals — negotiate, follow up, sign
  • Maintain Upwork profile, JSS & ratings
  • Track bids, conversions & pipeline daily

Requirements

  • 1.5 to 5 years in IT sales / business development
  • Strong Upwork bidding experience (must-have)
  • Excellent written English & proposal writing
  • Experience with US/UK/AU clients preferred
  • Comfortable discussing tech services without being a developer
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus
