What You'll Do
- Daily Upwork bidding — tailored proposals that get replies
- Lead generation via Upwork, LinkedIn & outreach channels
- Handle discovery calls, requirement scoping & objections
- Close deals — negotiate, follow up, sign
- Maintain Upwork profile, JSS & ratings
- Track bids, conversions & pipeline daily
Requirements
- 1.5 to 5 years in IT sales / business development
- Strong Upwork bidding experience (must-have)
- Excellent written English & proposal writing
- Experience with US/UK/AU clients preferred
- Comfortable discussing tech services without being a developer
- Knowledge of CRM tools, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus
