Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tamil Nadu, India, for a Sales Trainer. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance sales performance and effectiveness. Key duties include conducting training sessions, coaching sales teams, analyzing training needs, and creating resources for skill enhancement. Collaboration with leadership and continuous improvement of training materials will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Years experience as a Sales Trainer in BPO/Banking domain
• Multilingual Proficiency: Must know atleast 2 south languagws( Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam)
• Good Knowledge in Banking Sales is Preferrable
• Strong Presentation Skills to deliver engaging and impactful sessions.
• Excellent Communication and Sales OB Calling skills, with the ability to inspire and connect with diverse teams.
• Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and adapting programs for continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field (preferred).
