We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Trainer who is passionate about developing frontline retail teams and driving sales excellence across our stores.
Key Responsibilities
Train showroom staff on effective sales techniques, customer handling, and improving conversion ratios
Conduct induction and refresher training programs for new and existing employees
Coach teams on product knowledge, grooming standards, and store SOPs
Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
Support Store Managers in achieving sales targets and KPIs
Conduct on-floor training and role-play sessions
Create and deliver training materials, presentations, and performance reports
Travel to stores as per the training schedule
Key Skills & Experience
Experience in Training & Development with proven expertise in conducting impactful training sessions
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage teams effectively
Hands-on experience in coaching and mentoring retail staff
Strong knowledge of customer service best practices and sales excellence
Ability to collaborate effectively with retail teams and senior management
Prior experience in retail and training roles is highly preferred
Requirements
13 years of experience in retail sales and/or training (Garments or Fashion Retail preferred)
Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service
Ability to motivate, guide, and inspire sales teams
Willingness to travel as required
