Job Description

Job Title: Sales Trainer – Real Estate

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹14 LPA

Industry: Real Estate

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ Years in Real Estate Sales Training

Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our growing real estate organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating sales training programs to enhance the performance of our sales teams across multiple locations. The role requires strong knowledge of real estate sales processes, customer engagement, objection handling, and conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver effective sales training programs for new and existing sales employees.
  • Conduct induction, onboarding, product, process, and behavioral training sessions.
  • Develop training modules, presentations, role plays, assessments, and learning materials.
  • Coach sales teams on consultative selling, lead management, customer handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and sales performance metrics.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend learning interventions to improve productivity.
  • Conduct refresher training programs and regular sales capability enhancement workshops.
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership and HR teams to align training initiatives with business objectives.
  • Support the implementation of sales processes, SOPs, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and MIS reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer within the Real Estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate sales lifecycle and customer acquisition processes.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence sales teams across various experience levels.
  • Proficient in creating training content and delivering classroom as well as virtual training sessions.
  • Strong analytical and coaching capabilities.
