B2B Telesales Trainer

Salary - UPTO 35K
We are looking for an experienced B2B telesales trainer to take ownership of agent onboarding,
skills development, and readiness sign-off for our India-based sales team operating on UK hours. This
is a hands-on role. You will be on the call floor, coaching agents in real time, not just running
classroom sessions.
What You Will Do
- Deliver end-to-end sales training covering product knowledge, objection handling, and closing
- Run structured roleplay sessions and conduct phase gate assessments before agents go live
- Coach agents on phone behaviour, resilience, attitude, and communication
- Listen to live and recorded calls and give structured, actionable feedback
- Identify whether performance issues are knowledge, skill, or attitude-based and apply the right
intervention
- Maintain and update training materials as processes and requirements evolve
- Track individual agent progress and escalate where needed
What We Need
- Minimum 2 years of B2B telesales training experience
- Proven experience in values and attitudes coaching within a sales team
- Ability to make clear readiness decisions and hold the standard under pressure
- Experience working with mixed-experience groups
- Strong coaching and communication skills
- Comfortable working on UK hours from our India office
