Job Description Sales Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer from the Jewellery Industry who will be responsible for training and developing Sales Executives. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing the sales skills, product knowledge, communication, and overall performance of the sales team through structured training programs and continuous guidance.

Key Roles Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions for newly joined and existing Sales Executives.
Train the sales team on sales processes, customer handling, product presentation, and market approach
Provide product knowledge training and guidance on jewellery collections
Develop and implement training modules to improve sales performance
Conduct regular refresher training sessions for the sales team
Monitor employee performance after training and provide improvement guidance
Support the sales team in improving communication, follow-up, and order-closing skills
Conduct online and offline training sessions as per business requirements
Visit different locations along with the sales team for on-ground training and field guidance whenever required
Must be comfortable with travelling for field visits and training activities
Prepare training materials, presentations, and performance reports
Ensure employees follow company standards, sales processes, and reporting systems
Motivate and mentor the sales team to achieve business targets and improve productivity
Reporting of the sales team after training needs to be done directly to the director
