Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead based in Kamthi. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve targets, analyzing sales data, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. They will oversee daily sales operations, provide training and mentorship to the team, and work closely with leadership to implement sales strategies and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong Team Management and Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven experience in Sales with the ability to drive results and meet targets
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop performance improvement plans
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is recommended
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges effectively
