About the Role

As a Team Lead Inside Sales, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of Inside Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and ensure consistent performance across the sales function. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, as well as the ability to motivate and mentor team members. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, optimizing sales processes, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Associates to meet and exceed sales targets.

Plan and execute strategies for lead generation, conversion, and client engagement.

Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and report key insights to management.

Handle escalated customer queries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to align sales strategies with

company objectives.

Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring effective lead and pipeline management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (proficiency in Tamil or any South Indian

language preferred).

Proven leadership and team management abilities.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Sound understanding of edtech industry trends and customer needs.

13 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the edtech domain.

Prior experience in a team handling or supervisory role will be an added advantage.

Any UG/PG degree.

Device Requirements

A personal laptop is mandatory.

An Android smartphone with call-recording capability is required.

Compensation Details

CTC: 5.5 LPA (Fixed) + 1.5 LPA (Variable)
