Job Title: Team Lead Inside Sales

Experience: 12 Years

Location: Pune

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Team Lead Inside Sales who can drive conversions, lead from the front, and consistently achieve revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership, performance focus, and the ability to manage and improve overall sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Actively contribute to revenue by handling key leads and closing deals

Monitor team performance, call quality, and conversion metrics

Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to enhance productivity and performance

Track sales data, prepare reports, and share actionable insights with management

Ensure strong and timely lead follow-ups and proper pipeline tracking

Handle customer escalations and maintain excellent customer experience

Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Requirements

12 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Business Development

Prior experience in team handling, mentoring, or leadership role preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Basic knowledge of sales tracking and reporting (Excel/Sheets is sufficient)
