Job description / Responsibilities –

·      Manage the overall running of the sales team.

·      Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a company's customer base and solidify its

·      presence.

·      Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the

·      teams strengths and weaknesses.

·      Build business by organizing sales visits for existing leads, identifying and selling prospects;

·      maintaining relationships with clients.

·      Identify business opportunities by identifying new channels and channel partners.

·      Sell by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending and upselling

·      solutions.

·      Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending

·      profit and service improvements.

·      Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

Requirement –

·      MBA & B. Tech / M. Tech Degree required

·      2-5 years Prior Experience in team handling & 5-6 Field B2C Sales

·      Has sound business judgment, and sales skills.

·      Solid interpersonal, communication, and customer service capabilities.

·      Potent leadership qualities.

·      Exceptional organizational, creative, and resource management capabilities.
