- Handling client escalation.
- Handling Client meeting, client escalations, operation review with client.
- KPI management.
- First POC for client
- Transportation management
- Vendor Management
- Monthly billing update
- Involve into new RFQ's cost part.
- Operation rollout.
Preferred candidate profile-
- Candidate should be from logistics company.
