Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader B2B Sales who will drive revenue growth, manage a team of sales executives, and ensure consistent client acquisition and retention. The role requires strong leadership, target orientation, and hands-on involvement in B2B sales cycles.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of B2B sales executives
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews
Sales & Business Development
- Drive B2B sales for Risebird hiring/interview solutions
- Identify and acquire new clients (HR, Talent Acquisition teams, startups, enterprises)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation pitching closure
Strategy & Execution
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Track pipeline, conversion ratios, and sales metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams (CS, Operations) for smooth on boarding
- Ensure high-quality client experience and retention
Reporting & MIS
- Maintain accurate sales reports and dashboards
- Provide daily/weekly updates to management
- Analyze data to improve team performance and conversion
Key Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS/HRTech/Recruitment services)
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in team handling
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience with CRM tools (Freshsales, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
- High ownership and a result-driven mindset
