Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Grow distribution and market share through QR & Soundbox sales across the assigned area.
  2. Recruit, coach, and mentor the sales team to align with business objectives.
  3. Plan and manage market size, span, and geographies for FSE activities.
  4. Monitor and validate team performance, ensuring quality parameters and audits are met.

Job Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in sales management and distribution, especially in banking or related sectors.
  2. Strong coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills.
  3. Willingness to travel extensively and strong networking abilities.
  4. Ability to communicate plans and targets effectively to minimize expectation gaps.
