Job Title - Senior Admission Counsellor – Team Lead

Location – Noida (We want candidates from outside Delhi NCR)

Experience Range - 2+ years

Work Schedule –

Working Days: 6 days (Monday to Saturday)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Role Overview: As a Senior Admission Counsellor (Inside Sales), you will play a critical role in driving enrolments by engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them toward the right programs. You will act as the first point of contact for leads, qualify their requirements, build strong rapport, and schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions with Admission Counsellors to support the enrolment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to assigned leads using the auto-dialer system.
  • Must be a Team Lead
  • Qualify leads by assessing interest, career goals, eligibility, and learning needs.
  • Build trust and credibility through consultative selling, active listening, and effective communication.
  • Create urgency and interest to successfully schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions.
  • Coordinate with Admission Counsellors to ensure seamless handover and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Consistently work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech Inside Sales (Study Abroad experience is an added advantage).
  • At least 1 year of tenure in a single organization
  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
  • Prior experience working in a 6-day work week
  • Currently working as an Individual Contributor
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with strong English fluency
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Persuasive and consultative selling approach
  • High levels of patience, empathy, and learner-centric mindset
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
