Job Role: Team Lead - Sales
Location: East Delhi
Working days: Working Days: 5 days a week, with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and monitor a team of sales executives (equity/derivatives/trading accounts)
- Drive lead conversion from both online and offline marketing campaigns
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reporting accuracy with zero dependency
- Track team performance, productivity, and revenue targets
- Conduct regular follow-ups, reviews, and performance evaluations
- Identify gaps in sales process and implement corrective actions
- Maintain strict discipline in CRM updates and lead tracking systems
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead quality and campaign performance
- Handle escalations and ensure timely closure of client queries
- Ensure adherence to compliance and internal sales processes
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in sales (preferably in stock broking / BFSI / trading industry)
- At least 1–2 years of team handling experience
- Strong understanding of:
- Demat & Trading Accounts
- Equity / F&O segments
- Brokerage models
- Proven track record of team target achievement
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and reporting dashboards
- Ability to handle high-volume lead flow
