Job Description

Job Role: Team Lead - Sales

Location: East Delhi

Working days: Working Days: 5 days a week, with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and monitor a team of sales executives (equity/derivatives/trading accounts)
  • Drive lead conversion from both online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reporting accuracy with zero dependency
  • Track team performance, productivity, and revenue targets
  • Conduct regular follow-ups, reviews, and performance evaluations
  • Identify gaps in sales process and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain strict discipline in CRM updates and lead tracking systems
  • Coordinate with marketing team for lead quality and campaign performance
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely closure of client queries
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and internal sales processes

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in sales (preferably in stock broking / BFSI / trading industry)
  • At least 1–2 years of team handling experience
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Demat & Trading Accounts
  • Equity / F&O segments
  • Brokerage models
  • Proven track record of team target achievement
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and reporting dashboards
  • Ability to handle high-volume lead flow
