Summary: We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven Team Leader – Inside Sales to lead a team of inside sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving team sales targets, coaching and mentoring team members, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring high levels of customer engagement and conversion. This role is crucial in driving revenue through inbound and outbound lead management, CRM utilization, and effective pipeline tracking.
Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 15 inside sales executives to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Sales Coaching: Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to improve the effectiveness of individual team members.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics such as lead conversion, call quality, and pipeline health using CRM tools and dashboards.
Sales Operations: Ensure timely follow-up on leads, pipeline management, and high-quality customer interactions.
Customer Engagement: Oversee the execution of consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and offer the right solutions.
Process Improvement: Optimize inside sales processes, scripts, and workflows for better efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting: Prepare and present daily/weekly sales reports, team performance summaries, and insights to senior management.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, product, and field sales teams to align lead generation efforts and close sales loops.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of sales cycles, lead nurturing, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, leadsquared).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions to boost performance.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
