Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Team Lead – Sales who can drive revenue, manage a team of sales executives, and ensure consistent achievement of business targets. The ideal candidate should be strong in people management, pipeline tracking, and closing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets
- Drive daily sales activities including calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Monitor team performance through dashboards, CRM, and reports
- Identify gaps and conduct regular training, call shadowing, and feedback sessions
- Own end-to-end sales funnel: lead allocation conversion closure
- Collaborate with marketing & product teams to improve conversion rates
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions and experience
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports
Key Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in sales (Inside Sales / B2C / EdTech / High-ticket preferred)
- Prior experience managing a team (minimum 1–2 years)
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
