Job Description

The Sales Team Lead will manage and guide a team of sales advisors, monitor performance metrics, conduct quality audits, and implement strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. The role involves team coaching, reporting, and close collaboration with operations and clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage and lead a sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of targets
  • Monitor key metrics including AHT, attrition, shrinkage, YTD/MTD performance
  • Conduct weekly quality audits of customer interactions and provide timely feedback
  • Analyze team data, identify trends, and create actionable plans for coaching and development
  • Track team performance and attrition, providing regular updates to the Operations Manager
  • Initiate CAP/DAP (Corrective/Development Action Plans) as required
  • Prepare development plans for team members and monitor their implementation
  • Handle team queries and interact with clients as needed for delivery
  • Prepare reports, incentive sheets, and identify process gaps to suggest solutions
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, ensuring strong customer service standards

Work Schedule

  • 6-day working week

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-7 years of relevant experience in sales operations or team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of operations processes and supporting tools
  • Experience in monitoring team performance, coaching, and conducting audits
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and implement improvements
  • Customer-focused with the ability to handle escalations professionally
