Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for an Team Lead. The Team Lead will be responsible for supporting team operations, coordinating tasks, monitoring team performance, and ensuring project deadlines are met. Daily tasks include assisting with project planning, delegating responsibilities, and providing feedback to team members. The role also involves facilitating effective communication within the team and addressing any issues that arise.

• Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
• Experience in the Numerology or Vastu fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field will be adding advantage.

Work Requirements

• Office - Delhi, Janakpuri
• Role - On Site
• Experience - Minimum 3 years as Team Lead
• Excel - Required Good Command
• Working Time - 10:00am to 06:30pm
• Workdays - 5.5 days

Compensations

• Monthly Take Home - Between INR 45,000 to INR 60,000
• CTC - Upto 7.2 LPA (based on interview)
