Position Overview :

The Team Lead - Sales will be responsible for managing a team of 7-10 sales consultants on the ground to drive revenue targets. This role requires a hands-on manager who can execute sales plans, optimize sales performance, and mentor the team to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales management, team oversight, and performance optimization.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Sales Execution & Target Achievement:

Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue and admission targets.

Identify and leverage market opportunities to improve sales outcomes.

Work closely with marketing and product teams to enhance lead generation and

conversions.

2. Team Management & Sales Performance:

Manage and motivate the on-ground sales team to ensure high performance.

Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to improve individual and team performance.

Ensure adherence to the sales process and optimize it for better efficiency and results.

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Implement data-driven solutions to address performance gaps.

Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience

Should be able to work 6 days a week and handle end-to-end ops, efficiency.

Proven Team Handling experience of minimum 3 years of experience managing teams

15-20 AC, B2C with the core responsibilities of delivering revenue month-on-month.

Ability to plan and develop innovative hacks to solve for the month and long term.

Improving the efficiency of the funnel (Lead to Paid) by understanding the drops within

the journey, and customer behavior and fixing it to bridge the gap.

Ambitious to grow, open to learning, and an attitude of getting things done.
