Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will manage customer relationships, actively generate leads, handle new client acquisition, and provide top-notch customer service. The role involves creating and delivering presentations, maintaining sales records, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will participate in sales training initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and achieve growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills for managing client relationships and addressing customer inquiries
- Proven sales expertise with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets
- Experience in sales management and the ability to oversee and optimize sales operations
- Proficiency in conducting training sessions and mentoring team members
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of the local market and industries in Ahmedabad is a plus
