Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in Mumbai, with options to work remotely. The Sales Specialist will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, lead generation developing and managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. They will also act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams and provide post event support where necessary. Maintaining excellent customer service and business development skills is integral to this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven abilities in sales, including managing the sales cycle, lead generation and achieving revenue goals.
  • Experience in sales management, building rapport with diverse clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is critical to the position.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in a sales or media environment is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is mandatory.
