Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Dental Device Sales Specialist. The specialist will engage with dental professionals to promote and sell aligner solutions, build strong client relationships, manage a sales pipeline, and meet or exceed sales goals. The role also involves understanding customer needs, delivering product demonstrations, and representing the company at industry events. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and align strategies with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Knowledge or experience within the dental or healthcare industry is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build and maintain client confidence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet set targets
• Proficiency with CRM tools and the ability to manage sales pipelines
• Ability to adapt to customer needs and stay updated with dental device innovations
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant dental sales experience is highly valued
