This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Specialist, based in Vadodara. The Real Estate Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and cultivating leads, managing client relationships, and guiding clients through the property purchasing or selling process. Daily responsibilities include presenting and promoting properties to potential buyers or renters, managing negotiations, preparing necessary documentation, and staying updated on market trends to provide expert advice. The role also requires a commitment to delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

• A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
• Experience in real estate sales and understanding of the local real estate market.
• Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to effectively market and sell real property to diverse clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for property management and sales documentation is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
