Sales Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. As part of the Sales team, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing tailored property solutions. Daily tasks include generating and maintaining client relationships, conducting property tours, presenting real estate offerings, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. You will also collaborate with team members to promote properties and stay informed about market trends. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction are integral to this role.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and build lasting relationships
• Proven Sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close deals
• Experience in Sales Management and ability to train and mentor team members
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends in Gurugram is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset to meet sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
