Sales Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients to build strong relationships, driving business growth, and meeting sales targets. Key duties include managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, delivering effective sales training sessions when needed, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. You will also collaborate with the sales management team to strategize and execute sales campaigns.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively connect with clients and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and the ability to meet or exceed set targets.
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to foster individual and team growth.
• Knowledge of Sales Management practices to support sales strategy execution and team performance.
• Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Prior experience in the media, marketing, or related industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
