Salary bracket: 3-3.60L per annum plus incentives.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to promote our sports flooring and sports infrastructure products across India. The role involves lead conversion, client coordination, and business development through calls, emails, and online meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell sports flooring systems (basketball, tennis, pickleball, athletic tracks, etc.) to clients across India

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication

Qualify leads generated through various channels

Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to close deals

Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking sheets

Work closely with the technical and execution teams for smooth order processing

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable with tele-sales, video calls, and digital selling

Basic understanding of B2B sales (construction / infra / materials preferred)

Proficient in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools

Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in building materials, sports infra, construction, or real estate sales is a plus

Ability to handle pan-India clients and work independently

Professional, well-spoken, and client-focused
