Moe Puppy is a premium pet products brand committed to delivering high-quality, trusted, and innovative products for pets. We are expanding rapidly across India and are looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to build strong relationships and grow our footprint across Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Business Development:
2. Identify, visit, and onboard new distributors, retail pet shops, groomers, pet boarding centers, clinics, and other potential partners.
3. Promote Moe Puppy's premium product portfolio and drive brand visibility in the Delhi region.
Sales Achievement:
1. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent field visits and relationship-building.
2. Drive product placement, availability, and visibility across all partner outlets.
Relationship Management:
1. Build strong and long-term relationships with retail owners, distributors, groomers, and influencers in the pet ecosystem.
2. Provide product education, sampling, and ensure strong brand recall.
Order Management & Reporting:
1. Ensure timely collection of orders, payments, and follow-ups.
2. Maintain accurate daily visit reports, sales tracker, market feedback, and competitor insights.
Requirements
1. 13 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, pet industry, grooming, veterinary or consumer goods.
2. Strong network or willingness to build a network across shops, distributors and pet ecosystem partners.
3. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage retail relationships.
4. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable with extensive field travel.
6. Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
