Key Deliverables
• Generate net new appointments through targeted calls and follow-up emails with prospects and leads
• Coordinate regional sales activities and collaborate with Hackett sales teams to close business
• Execute end-to-end sales pursuits including meetings, needs identification, and proposal development
• Transition from sales to account management, ensuring smooth client launch and ongoing engagement
Role Responsibilities
• Lead targeted outreach to GBS/SCC/GSS leaders and center heads to set meetings and drive sales
• Collaborate with internal teams for joint pursuits and closing of sales
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution
• Post-sale account management, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for larger programmatic sales
