We're Hiring for Our Client Business Development Executive (B2B Sales / L&D Sales)

Our client is an L&D services brand under a publicly listed company based out of Gurugram . It delivers practical, expert-led corporate training across technical, functional, and leadership domains.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive based in Gurgaon (Hybrid).

Role Overview:

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients across targeted sectors
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR, L&D, and business leaders
  • Drive end-to-end sales: outreach discovery proposal closure
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Tracking industry trends across different domains
  • Representing brand at multiple L&D networks, webinars, events

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in B2B or L&D sales
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and structured follow-ups.
