Enterprise Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive with proven experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, and IT Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with enterprise clients, and driving revenue growth by promoting IT solutions and staff augmentation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential enterprise clients through direct sales and B2B channels.
  • Manage the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client business needs and align company offerings (IT services & staffing solutions) accordingly.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Prepare proposals, lead presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including recruitment, delivery, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • 24 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales, Direct Sales, or IT Services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Experience in IT Services or Staff Augmentation sales is preferred.
  • Self-driven with strong problem-solving and relationship-building capabilities.
