Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for an Inside Sales Specialist. In this role, you will actively manage incoming sales leads, engage with potential customers, and build lasting relationships to promote Prorata's fractional car ownership solutions. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, coordinating with prospects to explain the platform's offerings, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. You will also work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to generate and convert leads effectively.1-2 year experience in sales and marketing is required.
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive and inclusive client experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and professionally to potential customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and confidently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
