Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3+ years in EdTech or Education Sales (Preferably in Executive MBA, UG/PG
programs, or high-ticket certifications)
Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Day Shift)
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days
What You'll Do
• Reach out to candidates via phone calls, messages, and emails to guide them through the
program.
• Speak with students interested in our PG Diploma in VLSI (in collaboration with IIT
Bhubaneswar).
• Understand each candidate's academic background and career goals to assess program
fit.
• Assist and counsel students through the admission and enrollment process.
• Build rapport and offer genuine, trust-based guidance to help students make informed
decisions.
• Share timely feedback and insights to enhance the admission process.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in EdTech or higher education inside sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong consultative selling ability and student-first attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
