This is a full-time remote role as Product Sales Specialist at SuperErgo. The Product Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts, driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and handling sales operations. Daily tasks will include talking to potential clients, understanding their needs, offering suitable SuperErgo products, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring that sales targets are met.
As the face of SuperErgo for our customers, you must bring a mix of empathy, speed, and clarity to every conversation. You will also play a key role in improving support systems, SOPs, and customer happiness as we scale.

- Salary: 15,000 50,000 / month (depending on experience and communication skills)
Responsibilities:- Managing end to end customer experience pre and post sales via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls
- Coordinate internally with logistics and operations teams
- Maintain a consistent, brand-aligned tone in all customer communications
- Help build and improve FAQs, helpdesk flows, and support SOPs
- Track and report key customer issues and feedback to the team
Requirements:- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Sales and Account Management experience
- Proficiency in Sales Operations
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work in an early stage startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Nice to Have:- Experience in the similar industry is a definite plus
- Sales background from product-first / D2C companies
- Familiarity with support tools like Whatsapp CRM, Shopify, or similar
- Hindi or other regional language skills (for call support, if needed)
