Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Strategic Sales Specialist to provide administrative support to senior executives and assist in the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, exceptional communication skills, and a good understanding of technical/IT products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather information and materials needed for proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and plans to meet company objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other internal departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Follow up with clients and prospects to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide updates on sales activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results for management review.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any filed
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with technical/IT products and terminology is required.
  • Experience in sales or business development is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales support or administration.
  • Experience in the IT or technology industry is highly desirable.
