Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Specialist, based in Kalyan Dombivli. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, creating sales strategies, preparing sales forecasts, conducting client negotiations, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure efficient customer service and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Thorough understanding of market analysis, customer insights, and sales forecasting
  • Knowledge and experience in the chemical industry or B2B sales will be advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Team collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Willingness to work on-site in Kalyan Dombivli
