Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven B2C Sales Executives who can drive revenue growth by engaging directly with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our innovative healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling, schedule meetings, and engage with potential clients.
- Present and explain product features and benefits clearly in non-technical terms.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and manage a structured sales funnel, track leads, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Handle the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → meetings → product demos → closing → post-sales relationship management.
- Maintain records of conversations and nurture potential leads for future conversions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets within deadlines.
- Provide regular feedback on lead quality and sales processes.
- Participate in team meetings to review performance and align on goals.
