What You'll Do

Lead Generation

  • Use online portals to identify and generate qualified leads
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries
  • Maintain a lead database for tracking and reporting

Client Communication

  • Engage clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
  • Understand client needs and convey our service offerings clearly
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Proposals & Follow-up

  • Work with sales and technical teams to develop client proposals
  • Present proposals and address client concerns
  • Follow up consistently to nurture and convert leads

Reporting

  • Prepare regular reports on lead activity, conversions, and communications
  • Suggest improvements to lead generation strategy

What You'll Bring

Must-haves

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation and client communication
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams

Work Schedule
