We seek a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Generation and Client Communication Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and maintaining effective communication with clients. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation, particularly from online portals.

Responsibilities And Duties

Lead Generation:

  • Utilize online portals to identify and generate leads for the company.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries.
  • Create and maintain a lead database for tracking purposes.

Client Communication

  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and online messaging platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and effectively convey our company's offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Proposal Development

  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop proposals for potential clients.
  • Present proposals to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Follow-up:
  • Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Reporting

  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, conversions, and client communications.
  • Provide insights and suggestions for improving lead generation strategies.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation and client communication.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating leads, particularly from online portals. (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
