Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven B2C Sales Executives who can drive revenue growth by engaging directly with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling, schedule meetings, and engage with potential clients.
  • Present and explain product features and benefits clearly in non-technical terms.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Build and manage a structured sales funnel, track leads, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Handle the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → meetings → product demos → closing → post-sales relationship management.
  • Maintain records of conversations and nurture potential leads for future conversions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets within deadlines.
  • Provide regular feedback on lead quality and sales processes.
  • Participate in team meetings to review performance and align on goals.
