Job Description:

This is a dynamic role focused on spearheading initiatives for our Luxury/Ultra luxury product lines. This role requires strong analytical expertise, deep market insight, and exceptional leadership skills to drive revenue growth and elevate brand prestige. You will own the entire client journey-from consultation to final selection - providing bespoke, personalized solutions.

1) Deliver a personalized, immersive consultation experience to walk-in and referred HNI clients. Understand their design sensibilities and project requirements to recommend bespoke stone solutions.

2) Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive engagement, consultative selling, and superior service.

3) Build deep expertise in the product portfolio. Articulate the story, rarity, and craftsmanship of each stone with elegance and authority.

4) Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, quotes, and follow-ups in the CRM. Maintain a robust pipeline and close high-value deals with precision.

5) Cultivate high-value relationships with bespoke architects, Interior Designers, ultra-premium homeowners and buyers, high-net-worth developers, and discerning art enthusiasts. Lead teams with a strong emphasis on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

6) Immaculate Customer Service by addressing any enquire & concern

7) Consulate & work closely with cross functional Team (Business Development & After sales) to ensure high efficacy & Collaboration

Desired Skill Set

1) Qualification- Post Graduate or MBA (Preferred) with (4 – 6) years of experience.

2) Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

3) A flair for aesthetics, storytelling and design driven selling

4) Strong analytical & Problem-solving abilities.

5) Attention to detail

6) Proven ability to manage high-value clients and long consultative sales cycles.
