Job Description

Job Title: International B2B Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Location: Gurugram

Shift: General Shift

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Salary: Competitive Salary + Attractive Incentives

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven International B2B Sales Executive with strong experience in engaging with senior stakeholders such as CEOs, CFOs, and CXOs. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing, strong pre-sales exposure, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive international B2B sales by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
  • Build and manage relationships with C-level executives (CEO, CFO, CXO-level clients).
  • Conduct pre-sales activities including requirement gathering, presentations, and solution pitching.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Analyze client needs and propose effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Maintain consistent pipeline tracking and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Handle negotiations, proposals, and closure of deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales (preferably international B2B sales).
  • Strong exposure to pre-sales and consultative selling.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.).
  • Ability to interact confidently with top-level executives (CXO level).
  • Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.

  • Experience working with global clients.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
