Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role at our Gurgaon location. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process. Day-to-day tasks will include engaging with customers, providing property consultations, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the team to drive revenue growth. As a Sales Specialist, you will also be responsible for staying updated on market trends and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to meet and exceed targets in a competitive environment.
- Ability to train and mentor team members to improve overall team performance.
- Proactive approach with exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not mandatory.
