Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in New Delhi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets by engaging with potential and existing customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing tailored product recommendations, building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and conducting sales presentations. The role also involves managing sales processes, contributing to overall sales strategies, and providing training to sales teams as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
  • Sales skills, including an understanding of sales processes and the ability to identify opportunities
  • Experience in Sales Management and Training, including the ability to coach and guide team members
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and maintain positive professional relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge or experience in water treatment solutions and related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
